We have resumed our sittings, including social time afterwards (with tea & cookies).
Mask wearing is now optional – we ask that only those who are fully vaccinated attend.

Frequently asked questions

Meditation overview   

Each week we begin with a brief reading or teaching on some aspect of Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness or meditation practice.       We then normally do three 20-minute silent sitting meditations, alternating with two 10-minute silent walking meditations. The transitions between sitting and walking are marked by a bell.
​Afterwards we have tea, cookies and social time, usually wrapping up the evening by 9:30.
